A $750,000.00 settlement for a 51 year old woman who was crossing a residential road as a pedestrian when the defendant made a left turn into her. Our client sustained a left knee injury which required immediate surgery, and a subsequent surgery to repair the damages. One year later our client underwent a hip replacement to the same side of her body of her injured knee.
